I have had this headset for 6 years and Love it!! First time I had to buy a replacemtn part.

This purchase replaces my original headband purchased with my plantronics system more than ten years ago. I was unable to wear the over the ear or behind the head type headset- they just never seemed comfortable. So I was absolutely thrilled to find that my old faithful was still available. I thought the price was reasonable and the headset arrived quickly, for which I was grateful because the old one was being held together with duct tape!

Much more comfortable than the ear piece alone. Good sound.

Needed a new band for the earpiece and was happy to find that I could get it as a separate piece

I've been using the headband for years and recently bought a second one for our office staff. It is so comfortable you forget you have it on!

We have used this hands free phone headset for years at our office and just recently purchased 2 more. We have 4 phone lines and it answers whichever line is ringing with no problem. The clarity is good and we never get static. The only problem we have ever had is that the lifter will sometimes knock the phone receiver off the base, but we solved that problem by putting a little piece of velcro on the receiver and the base so that it lifts, but won't fall off.

I love my new head-set, so glad that the office decided to replace the one I had!!!

I love the Uniband. It is so comfortable I always forget I have it on. I've had it for about 8 years and have NEVER had a problem with it. In the process of ordering new batteries!

I have used this product daily for more than 6 yrs...has always worked perfectly, tho' I would like better control of volume...Recommend highly!

I like the headband the best. The one that clips on to your ear hurts. The only complaint I have after using the headband for several years is that it broke at the top (I taped it and it's been working for several months...lol I'm pretty sure it's because it gets caught in my hair. Even still I love the wireless headset and I love the head band.

The head band should last longer. I would say it should last five years minimum!

I love the headband. Much more comfy than the over the ear loops which hurt after wearing a while. But....It seems I have the same complaint as everyone else...it breaks where the headband and the slide connect.

I am having to order 20 new headbands for my employees after having them break within a year of use. Most of them broke within 6 months. They are convenient to have when you don't have to tape them up.

As stated in another review, after a year or so the retaining clip that holds this band together breaks

When the foam cover is put on the headband earpiece it makes it to large
to seat and connect for charging. The earpiece has to be taken off in order to
slide all the way down and charge.
