Absolutely love it!! I work from home, customer service representative with a call center. This has saved me from getting migraines from the traditional headsets. Would recommend this 3 thousand percent!!!
I work as a Customer Service Representative, and my tech should allow me to fly. This tech does! I can answer calls after one ring; I receive far fewer complaints about sound quality. It's comfortable to wear, even after a full day. I've had no problems with the battery lasting, which had been a continual problem with previous tech. This has been a revelation, and I'm delighted with both the tech and my buying experience.
I ordered this Plantronics because I lost my recent one. I am happy this new Plantronic is just a good as all of my previous ones. Using a headset is much better than not using one; it is much easier to hear and I always have wanted the Voyager.
I was a little skeptical spending this amount of money on a bluetooth ear piece, but it's worth every penny. Hope it lasts for a good long time. It's comfortable to wear even though a little larger around the ear. Sound quality is great. Pairing was easy. It holds a good charge and the case is great for travelling but also as a spare charging unit as it too holds charge. I'm blown away with the voice command function for true hands free, from regular calling commands, to using WhatsApp calling commands, to voice command texting. Voice quality is clear and not tinny on both ends, and the volume is not a struggle. As to noise cancelling, no one has complained but said they hear me really well. Of course I have not tried it in let's say a tornado, but I think I would be running out of harms way rather than testing it:)
I have used the PT Legend for almost 20 years, and I have been with out it for about 3 years and am so happy to have it back!! I really don't think I can ever switch to something less!!
overall, the headset is great! recommend updating firm ware. works across different platforms like zoom, skype, WebEx on PC (windows 10). Connectivity is a bit spotty via USB dongle I was able to walk freely >40 ft without any interference using my old headset (Plantronics b825m Voyager), which had broken after daily use over 2 years. The previous reviews about headset not charging unless seated properly in the case was confirmed. After about one month of daily use this happened only 1-2 times.
My colleague has this identical headset and she recommended it. I bought it because I have two iPhones and one works better than the other. My phone for business is harder to hear so this headset is amazing what a difference! Love it!
after trying multiple work from devices this was the only one who stood up to my busy day without static! I recommend to all who need wireless work from home device.. Its all what it says and more!
I had one of the older ones for three years, I loved it! I ran over it with my bus one day so ordered this one. The carrying case charger is amazing! I like that it uses a normal USB charger unlike the other one I had. It holds a charge going on 5 days now. I use my earpiece every day. I have to charge it only once in the evening. I use the case to charge it. I’d recommend this product to those who are driving a lot n have to be hands free. It’s crystal clear and noise in the background is not heard on the other end.

This is a versatile blue tooth ear piece that works well.
I am working from home during during stay at home orders. This blue tooth ear piece allows me to answer my office phone that is forwarded to my cell phone and also participate in Skype, MS Teams, and Zoom through my desk top computer. In between I am able to listen to a little music. I have had no problems. The recharging station is nice rather than having to move little rubber caps and plugging in a cord. I would recommend this to a friend and family.
I had an ancient plantronics ml-something or other that finally died; replaced it with the 5200 UC. It has a great fit with different sized ear-pieces and is comfortable to wear all day long. Both the mic and speaker have great sound and the auto-answer feature lets you take or reject calls without fiddling with your phone. Works flawlessly on a Windows 10 Pro PC (I'm running mine as a VMWare guest under a linux host), and also works great with Debian Linux Buster.
Definitely spend the extra $$ for the magnetic charging case, as it lets you set the earpiece in it for easy charging and gives the 5200 safe storage for traveling, etc.
I have purchased both voyager and legend... and find both very easy to use and have set up phones for blind to be able to get back into communication with life.... legend is more comfortable to wear..
I have been looking for a flexible headset useful for both computer and phone calls. This one seems well engineered and laid out. Ergonomics are good, Recharge time is very decent, and having the case act as a quick recharge when away from power is helpful.
The medium earpiece came attached to Voyager 5200 UC just sit at the surface of the outside of the ear loop, it does not sit deep enough. I do not hear the other side clearly until I gently push it in. When I try to turn the ear piece anti-clockwise according to the manual, it turns but does not come out. I do not want to force it. I cannot replace with the smaller earpiece.
I have owned several of this line of bluetooth over the years. It is one of the best on the market. I recommend this if you like over the ear. You can wear it all day with no issues at all. The quality is also one of the best. I wish the noise cancelling was better, it cancels a little but not enough. I've tried almost all the models of the bluetooth from plantronics and this one has been one of the best no matter which model it is.
The only reason for 4 stars is that it is a bit big for my ears and falls off frequently. It's a bit bulkier than the previous model.
Other than that, I love it and like how they changed the volume buttons to the top of the ear piece. The charger in the case is very handy too, easier to retrieve quickly.
It didn't come with smaller ear piece so need took into that. Overall excellent.
I have used a Savi 740 for the past 3 years and love it! The Voyager didn't compare with the Savi for range or sound quality. I used to be able to go pour a cup of coffee in my kitchen while on a meeting and even though the Voyager is wireless, I am pretty much tethered to the general location of my office.
I use the headband one ear set up with the Savi. The in ear of the Voyager was very hard for me to get used to. That is just personal preference.
In hindsight, I should have inquired about repairs to my Savi before buying a new headset.

I purchased this headset to replace my old 5200 because the blue tooth of this headset was newer than my old one. I replaced my old one because it continually would drop out then back it again (though not always) and I thought the updated Bluetooth version would clear the problem. It did not. I still love this headset because it doesn't have to be inserted in my ear canal and I can hear around it. Furthermore the noise cancellation is very good and the volume of the headset makes it possible for people to hear me and me to hear them. Just wish it wouldn't cut out so often.
