Excellent Product and easy to set up.

Reviewed several brands and options before buying. I needed something that would support my office line, computer and cell phone that would not have me tethered by a cord to my computer. Prior to this purchase I had a Plantronics headset that lasted (and still works) for over 15 years. I hope this new Plantronics has the same longevity. Payment and processing was efficient.
One area of concern: Factory Outlet uses FedEx's Smartpost for shipping. Do no fault of Factory Outlet, my package was logged as arriving by the originally scheduled date, but did not actually arrive until a week and a half later thanks to the US Postal service.
