Love everything about it. Would of been helpful for an instruction booklet to be included, on how to set up all its capabilities. I had a small issue getting it to work with my work computer. And I still think that its not working. And it may very well could be a setting with in the app. And its pretty much hands free, there are buttons you can push, but you really don't need to. I really love it.

Have this model at work, bought a duplicate to have at home so I could have there when I work from home, love the product!

I love this product and have had several of these over the years. This latest model however will ONLY announce 6 hours talk time and I need 7 "just kidding". However I love when something is advertised and actually works that way. However this item I got does not give me 7 hours....
The charge case works like a champ and as usual I still love this product even with the false advertising.

I work in Data and Server rooms where it's noisy. And I am usually on the phone with Remote techs. They complain that they can hear the fans and noise of the devices running. I bought this ear piece because someone said aircraft couldnt be heard. Not the case. If they canceled out atheist most of the noise they'd be great.
