It's so comfortable and stays on my ear effortlessly. People I talk to tell me quality is great. I also find the quality of hearing them is perfect as well.
I've had a few Plantronics blue tooth headphones and always like them. I think one is my favorite.
I work from home. Calls on the Headset USB (connection loosens overtime normal body movement) plug in would get staticky or call would drop. Since I've started using Voyager 5200 no static or dropped calls.
This is my 2nd headset of this make & model. My first from Factory Outlet Store. It performs as well as the past unit I had with no blemishes. If it was refurbished, I could never tell! Excellent product & service.
Best unit I have tried as of yet. Very comfortable, plenty of volume and has volume control, connects to computer and to phone at the same time, lasts about 6 hours on one charge, charges in about 30 minutes.
I have been using Plantronics succe4ssfully for several years. This is the second time I got it from the outlet store and I am very pleased with everything.
Have had a couple of these the past few years. I get good reception and the clarity is great. My only problem with it as I tend to misplace it. So I bought a 2nd one!
I tired another brand before this Plantronics 5200 and the sound quality was not good at all. I decide to try a more expensive one and also recommended by my son, and its the very best. I especially love when my phone rings my 5200 gives me the option to answer or ignore. By speaking "answer" the call connects :).
The Voyager 5200 is a great Bluetooth Headset I have been using them for years and I am in noisy environments. But the reconditioned one I received from the Factory outlet store was intermittently not working properly. Intermittent problems in electronics can be very hard to find and fix so I understand how this one got by the refurbishing and repair department. But I can tell you that the return process and receiving a refund was painless. Thank you Factory Outlet store.
Now with COVID and working from home, I got a second one as a backup when after 5 - 6 straight hours the battery dies. Great sound and noise cancelling as well as compact and functional. Great value.
