best outside sound reducing earpiece made. I've tried many but this is the one that works while driving trucks or operating machinery. when i answer calls no one has any idea I'm in equipment, they assume I'm in a quiet room. this model is also better than the new 6200 version by far.
I ordered the Voyager Legend and it didn't have the USA power plug for it's charger. They took care of me right away when I reported it missing. Great Service guys.
I like it because its small & fits in my top compartment of my lunch box.this is my third one threw the years,its gets taking off & on alote,because of my job👍

I have had excellent success with the Voyager Legend and continue to buy them when they eventually wear out. (Normally because of my misuse and abuse). Very durable and comfortable.
Fast shipping works great. I thought I had a problem with my phone but once I receive my new Legend I figured out my old Bluetooth was the problem. Everything works great now.
This is my third Voyager Legend so clearly, I like it. It's fairly small and lightweight, therefore very comfortable to wear. The price at FactoryOutletStore.com is great - I checked. Be advised, however, these things don't last very long - less than 2 years. However, given the price and the fact that I use it every day, it's still a great buy on a great product.
I have been using Plantronics headsets for over 25 years and they are the best, they always stand behind their products and i have some headsets i used 9 hours a day for over ten years...this is my first blue tooth headset, for my work and it works with my desk phone... this should be interesting,,,
Very comfortable. I hear fine. A few people told me they couldn’t hear me very well. It has a nice feature. You can press a button on your headset and call someone.
I like it for the most part. It stays on the ear well and does most of what I want it to. There are times that people say they cannot hear me and I need to speak up. I check the mic position because I am a bit oud to start with. ;)
When it works I like it. I forget it is on my ear. For someone reason I am having trouble with it remaining connected to Jabber and remaining paired. Information Technology is trying to figure out the cause.
The Voyager Legend has some great features and it performs its headset functions very well, and I would have given it five stars but for its charging connection. The non-standard magnetic USB connection is very clever, but clever does not always equate to intelligent or convenient. My previous Voyager, which came to an untimely end through no fault of its own, had a miniature USB connection which accepted the same same plug as my cell phone. Since the two devices seldom needed charging at the same time, it was convenient to use the same charging unit for both, now I need to use another outlet for another charger. Then to add to the inconvenience of a non-standard charging connection, Plantronics provided a cord which is not nearly long enough. If a cord is too long, I can fold it over and put a wrap around it to make it shorter; if it is too short, I can't stretch it. It is a good headset for the price; it would be a great headset if Plantronics would go back to using a standard USB connection for charging and programming.
It would not hold a charge. I have been using Plantronics earpieces for years, this is the first one I have had a problem with. I like the voyager legend this is the fourth one I have ordered. I am waiting on a replacement.
For me the purchase I made for the Voyager ear peace was a mistake on my part I have really bad hearing and this product is not loud enough for me the 5200 series has a louder sound I think and although I like this type of ear peace I think it needs to have a off set to fit the ear better our different still tips to better fit the offset of the ear peace thanks for the read
I like the headset, only reason for low rating is that the product did not contain the A/C adapter plug-in for the US market, Since that is where I live, I was disappointed, particularly since the product did not indicate for foreign use only. Other than that, the headset itself is very good.
