Great item, works better than expected

I purchased this headset because I have a noisy fan on my computer and it was impossible for me to join any conversation on my computer because it sounded like I was on an airplane. I decided to buy this headset in hopes that it would solve my problem so I wouldn't have to get my computer fixed. I am happy to say I now have a quiet ride. I highly recommend this headset. No installation required!

This headset works well... I've been told that the sound quality is good, on Zoom calls that I've had. It is comfortable to wear. The only issue was that Factory Direct Outlet Store shipped it in only a padded envelope... no box.. so I was worried that it might have been damaged in transit. Fortunately, it has been fine.

Got these for the kids doing school at home. They're having some minor comfort issues, but the adults haven't noticed.

I bought these because my other ones were not working correctly after using for a couple years. These ones are not as "loud" as I expected for a new headset. Sometimes I struggle to hear the other person. I did not have this issue with the first brand of this kind I used. I would probably order from somewhere else next time to see if they have better quality. But I did order from this place because it was the only site I found with the headset I wanted.

The sound and clarity is amazing. One of the earpieces is very uncomfortable.

The headset is hard to wear for 8 hrs of time

Unfortunately it is not working very well. I was on 2 meetings, one through Skype, the other through teams. The sound would go in and out so I missed alot if what was being said. Also when I talked I am told they hear a lot of background noise but I have nothing making noise on my end. I will be returning this.

I got a refund because it just was not a good headset
