Not even comparable to other similar products. Volume/quality poor to begin with, but specially after an hour of usage it started to fade even more. And after 2 hours battery low warnings started.

Speaking with Poly tech support, this must be a defective unit, possibly even a (not so) refurbished model, sold as BRAND NEW. Trying to exchange with another hopefully BRAND NEW model.
