Good headset i didn't like the over the ear piece so purchased the head band adaptor and is much better now.

I love my headset and enjoy the freedom I now having answering the phone. Great quality, no complaints from customers of quality of my voice. A great investment!!!

I stuck with Factory Outlet after two mistakes on their part. First shipment was not what I ordered. Second time it had broken parts. Finally got it right, and the Plantronics is a good product at a good price. Customer service was polite and helpful

It is a reliable earpiece and sound quality is fine. The Ear Hook is a bit lightweight and stiff. I would buy again.

It's really nice to be able to work hands free! I really like having this - I'm able to multi task much better & faster. I would have given it a 5 star rating, but I had to purchase different ear buds due to the small ones that it came with being too big for my ears. Other than that, I love it!!

These devices work well enough for years. The planned obsolesence is such that you will have to replace after about 5 years.

Used not even 1 week and didn’t charge.

Ear piece works good but the lifter has never worked properly.

I have had my unit for a couple of weeks. Due to being busy I was unable to install it. I have watched several video's but can not get it to work. If I can't figure it out soon it will be returned.
